People and where they are likely to be:

Bill Dial --- Press Coordinator. Should be backstage most of the time. Otherwise check Cerromar Beach Hotel. 796-1010 ext. 21

Gary Williams --- Amat. Press Coordinator. Also found lurking backstage.

The Wartoke Concern --- Publicity firm folk, including Jane Friedman, Rod Jacobson, Pat Costello. Backstage area.

Alex Cooley * Producer. Large person with worried expression. Found in Security HQ or backstage.

Keith Hart --- Security Chief. Another large person with worried expression. Found in Security HQ.

Communications: Difficult at best. There is a base radio in Security HQ which reaches Cerromar Hotel where nearest phones are. There will be a Volkswagen bus and other autos available in backstage area most of the time to run shuttles to hotel. At Cerromar there is a room, 21, with phone, typewriter, and paper. Please be patient with us. We'll try as best we can.

Transportation: Helicopter, unless you've got your own deal, is not available.

Food, showers, johns, etc. are available on site...special johns and food concessions are backstage.

Probably no-one will be allowed on stage during show time.
But reporters will be allowed side stage and in front of the stage with photographers.

This is your festival keep it clean.
